The Frankfurt Motor Show 2011 marks the debut of the new Focus ST model, which first joins a Sportbreak version.
With its outstanding exterior style, an improved aerodynamics and the color rubric 'Tangerine Scream', the focus ST shows its performance at first sight. Inside, the sports sensation is enhanced with a steering wheel with special design, a distinctive upholstery and the only recaro seats.
The two versions carry a 2.0 -liter Ford Ecoboost engine that offers 250cv and 360 nm torque. The exclusive engine sound offers an exciting performance experience. But the engine is also markedly efficient, it reduces fuel consumption and CO2 emissions by more than 20% compared to the previous model.
Focus st unites power with control. The driving is safer thanks to the recently developed Ford Sports Directorate System, while vectoring technology control of the improved torsion pair provides exceptional grip in the curves.
Through the combination of ST performance and the enthusiasm offered by comfort and practical space, the Focus St Sportbreak version offers something totally new and different in the sector.
