Manual-mechanics' response on the topic Re: Corsa injection failure
Juan Carlos: I don't think it's a coil issue. If you say you measured the voltage at the injectors and only two had 12 volts, and the others had nothing, did you measure them with respect to ground? Or between the terminals? I mean, did you measure one probe of the multimeter to the positive terminal of the connector, and the other to the vehicle's ground? Because if I'm not mistaken, the ECU controls the injectors via a negative signal, so you should find battery voltage at all of them, but not the negative signal, because that's what controls the injector. I'm not sure if I'm explaining myself clearly. If you could provide more details about your truck, like engine displacement, year, and injection system, so I can properly compare it to the data I have for the Corsas, that would be great. Regards

Did you check the crankshaft position sensor (CKP)? I had a similar problem, replaced it, and it fixed the issue.

Manual-mechanics' response on the topic Re: Corsa injection failure
Hi Juan Carlos,

your procedure was correct, and the signal for the coils comes from the ECU. You should have it checked; there's no relay involved. The negative signal comes from the ECU.

Regards.

Manual-mechanics' response on the topic Re: Corsa injection failure
Greetings, to add some information about Corsas, some models have their injectors wired in series. This means two injectors are controlled by one wire from the ECU, and the other two by another wire. If I remember correctly, it's injectors 1 and 2, connected in series with 4 and 3. This needs to be taken into account when measuring, because if you disconnect all the injectors and measure the voltage, you'll get a reading of 0 volts on two of them. Regards.
