Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Thank you very much
Thank you very much to all, the doubts are clear, that if they rectified well or that they did nothing with respect to the rectification of block or butt, however they told me that if they had rectified the block. The mechanical Lord has told me today to lower the complete engine that is possibility to route and do something with the pistons because it has found an eyebrow in the block, and it tells me that it is a fault of factory this damage, that this option is good, this option is good, you have to put double packaging, which precautions must exist, I can travel the car at the speed of 110 and 120 km average, I should take to readjust Walking to the car, if the work is well done as long as it would last, at this stage you should change distribution chain temperators, there are wheels and jackets in the market for Nissan Xtrail 2003 that do not buy them in the concessionaries or can help me spare parts that you have left, thank you. I will be in contact to support me again with inquitudes that the mechanic splices me and does not understand.

Sorry for ignorance and thank you very much again for enduring me

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Thank you very much
You say they rectified the cylinders block, which made a repair throughout the engine at the concessionaire.
Now a person is reviewing it that will disassemble the engine to repair it, etc.
Once repaired, you will have to "condition" the engine gradually because the internal pieces that will put it, I will be new, possibly. I don't know if they damaged the pistons, cylinders, etc. But once there is a mobile piece of the engine that is new; The engine should be treated without striving. Do not load the car with all the passengers that you can carry, or with other loads, do not run at speed of about 80 km/h. This conditioning of the pieces is usually recommended for about 5,000 km preferably.
The mechanic will also recommend that you change the oil possibly before the first 1,000 km, after repair, etc.

To have an idea, by analogy with a couple of shoes, I explain the following:
Imagine that you buy a couple of sneakers and you usually run long distances. If from the first day you use them to run a very long journey, let's say about 30 kms, the shoes will hurt your foot, because they need to adapt gradually to the shape of your foot. Then you need to make some walks or short races, before a strong training, to adapt them. The same goes for a newly adjusted or reconditioned engine. The pieces being new, must adjust with the others. With most mobile pieces in all machines it is the same. Axes, gears, dentated wheels, bearings, electric motors, etc. All.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Reheating and Outlet of the car
hello. I had responded to your consultation for the FACE but it seems that it does not remain. What I can tell you based on my experience and that most mechanics do not take into account is the cylinder cover joint and water cameras. Most of the Orignales joints comes with several closed water circuits, since the manufacturer does not know which part of the world will go. If you go to Alaska you need closed circuits but never warm. If you go to Ecuador, you would have to open all water passages because otherwise you have overheating problems. An anecdote, on a BMW 5.24 TD melted the piston of the sixth cylinder for not opening the water passages of the Board. That is, it is very important to verify if all the passages are open if the country is closer to Ecuador than of the Pòlos
