Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Rare Sound
Hello megababat_1 what you tell me I have already tried it and it is clear what is
bullshits since everything else is already tested and it is proven that when you ask that you respond is when it makes the noise that if only a few seconds until a little rise a little
turns With the window open in relief if you do not know, there is nothing else that I told me that it could be is the bolon of some piston
the perfect Ba engine removing one day that failed me a little in relief but nothing the engine now and before it does not give any failure only the noise and state listening to a peugeot 405 1.8 Td and the sound is not the same and a Citroen Berlindo 1.9D. The bull of the connecting rods

Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Rare Sound
If a bolt was sounding, you would have broken the piston. It is more likely that it is slack in a valve, (defective taqué) or deteriorated valve seat.

If it is the valve seat, the CT CT CT CT CT ...

if it is defective tachy and assuming that it wears hydraulic taver will sound when it finds little oil pressure (I slowed hot or when starting until the light of the painting is turned off).

But it seems to me that this engine does not carry hydraulic taver. So it will touch you to disassemble the connecting rods and observe if anyone has scratches on the contact surface of the cap.

All the best.

Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Rare Sound
Understood `you mean the connecting rod bushings, because nothing will see if I get a place to disassemble it quietly and put hands to the work the truth that what deceives me is that it is such a devil sound since I and heard some engine touched from caps and it was a thousand times stronger something else it cannot be that this thing out of point

Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Rare Sound
If it were out of point, I would throw white smoke (delay) or black (advance) and if the injection was too advanced, it would sound like when you get the collector, that characteristic "bell" characteristic of the connecting rod minced.

If, on the contrary, it was delayed, when accelerating to the fullest and keep it in the injection cut, apart from the smoke, it would paste small firecrackers through the exhaust, "POF" "PAF", while observing ignition failures in the engine.

And if you are not throwing fumes, the injectors are discarded, the pump draft and the low compression of some cylinder, (broken segment, broken piston).

So discarding possible causes only the valves remain, some heater broken inside the precamara, (unlikely) or the caps.

And if you don't get any caps screwed, I see you disassembling the entire engine to see "that it chops it."

Greetings companion.
