Mix water to oil

It is that something similar happened to me with a cylinder head, in the rectifier they tested it and they did not find anything the mountain I made it walk and the water was passed again to the oil, I pulled out the vail lid and started pumping the radiator hose towards the cylinder head and found where the water bubbles came out through the butt and take it to a rectifier to repair it and solve the problem.
