It wouldn't hurt to tell you to check the catalytic converter, because over time or with poor maintenance, the internal ceramic can crack and start to obstruct the exhaust pipe, causing the engine to sluggish under load, especially uphill. Since you mentioned that it improves after going over a bump, it's possible that the ceramic will realign itself at that moment, allowing the exhaust gases to flow freely

Hi Luis,

after reading all the replies, it occurs to me that if you haven't already, it's because when you hit a bump it fixes itself for a few moments. It could be loose connections, cables to the control unit that are damaged by water or humidity, etc., or a circuit board that's cracked or has blown solder joints (I say this because in electronics this happens, you give a device a little tap and it works for a few moments).
