Good morning Pineda, thank you so much for your reply. It is indeed a 1.8 from Venezuela, from 2008. I made a mistake with the year (although the 2.0 version also exists here). It's a hatchback (I think that's how it's spelled), meaning the one with the short trunk. At the auto parts stores, they tell me it has the engine from the Optra Design. Let me see if I understand:
First step: I tighten all the nuts to 25 Nm in a spiral pattern (here we call it alternating tightening).
Second step: I tighten each nut by turning it 90 degrees, also in a spiral pattern.
I do this last step three times, alternating each time, until I complete 3/4 of a turn, correct?

I don't know if you know how the timing marks are oriented. I understand that I have to align the marks on each pulley of both camshafts, meaning each mark should point towards the other. And the damper mark should be facing upwards, that's my understanding, but I'm not sure. Any other help would be greatly appreciated, brother! Thanks!
