Torque of the cameras published by Manual-Mecanica
Good to all .. !!!

I need help, I've been looking for the Optra Desing 2007 workshop but I haven't been able to find it. Basically what I need to know is how many pounds the bolts that support the camera should be tightened as well as the bolts that support the acceleration body to this camera, and how should the gears of the gears of the cam claroles and that of the Damper should go to be able to synchronize the pistons with the valves. I have jumped the strap of the times and 12 valves have been bent. I have already repaired the camera (all the valves and all the guides changed, according to them they had a lot of game and could pass oil there) but I cannot install it since I do not know how many pounds I must press each bolt and how the brands of the cam arboles and the damper should go. If someone has this data please help me a lot. I am not a mechanic, only that I like to do things to my vehicles. I have experience in this topic only with VW beetle engines, which is very easy because it does not have a time or chain strap. Thank you so much

Manual-Mecanica response on the re: tightening torque of the cameras
Good morning Pineda, thank you very much for answering. Indeed, it is a 1.8 of Venezuela of the year 2008, I was wrong in the year, (although there is also version 2.0 here), it is a hashback (I think it is written), that is, the one with the short trunk, they tell me in the sales of spare parts that the engine of optra desing has. Let's see if I understood you:

First step: I squeeze all 25nm in the form of a snail (here we tell you interspersed)
Step two: squeeze each nut rotating it 90 degrees the same in the form of a snail
this last step I do it three times, interspersing each time, until completing 3/4 back, correct?

If not apology .. !!

I do not know if you know how the brands are going, I understand that I must face the brands of each pulley of both cam trees, that is, each brand must point towards the other. And the Damper brand must be up, that's what I understand but I'm not sure. Any other help I thank you a lot of brother .. !!! Thank you

Here there is an inconvenience, small but it is not a problem, Daewoo's 1.8 engine that brings the Mexican bird, has no adjuster (tensioning pulley), but the 1.8 engine that your opts brings, I think if it brings tense pulley, there are the two images.

Here is the position, so it must be the following:

If your car does not have a tensioner warn me, to put the image, but I imagine that as in Mexico, the one that does not bring tensioner corresponds to the Aveo engine, 1.8 in Mexico and 1.6 in your country.
