What Kike says is true sometimes it usually happens but if you feel that it is as braking and a certain noise and it was recently the balatas could be that it is badly or poorly graduated one of the balatas and it may be that there is a little sticched or tight the drum sends to check that

I put it well easy for you to determine whether it is braking or not and take off your thorn.

1.- With great care, raise with your cat each of the tires (one by one)

blocks well the 3 wheels that are on the floor, so that the car does not move.

To check those of front, remove the speed (leave it in neutral), turn the wheel strongly, if you turn freely ok, you have the same with the next.

For the back, remove the handbrake, you can already put the change in 1st or reverse.

Turn each rear wheel with force, if you feel it forced then you have a problem or is tied, if this ok freely turns. Check that the handbrake is not activated.

Now the point of your problem was the flash of the handbrake light, I would go to check the switch that acts that light, it is usually under the handbrake, which is activated when you upload the handbrake, you probably have a false contact nothing more, but if you want to know if your car is stopped, make the aforementioned, post.;)

If the fastest thing is to touch the wheels and the hottest is that of the problem.
