That symptom indicates it's the crankshaft sensor; have it replaced and the problem will be solved

The pump starts after cooling down. I just took the car out of the Ford dealership and they say I have to replace the pump for €2843, no more, no less

Hi, thanks everyone for your interest. First of all, I took the car to Ford and they told me it's throwing an error code for the pump, that it needs to be replaced, and it will cost me no less than €2843. I'll try to find a workshop that specializes in pumps and see what they say.
