Friend already revic the flow of water and looks good according to mechanics that can be the very tight valves or the silencer covered but I want to see QM say. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience

I lean for what Armando says.
If the thermostat is connected to three ways and eliminates it, part of the water circulates through the engine and part of the radiator this makes the hot engine. Being placed the thermostat, verify that it is not invested (in some engines it can be located in two different positions. Other: the radiator cover must maintain a pressure of around 0.9kg. radiator.

Friend change the cooler for one of more tubes example if it is three by one of four you must place the fan protector to drive the air to the engine. luck
