Audi joins his forces with Disney and Marvel Studios for the launch of Iron Man 3, which opens on May 3, 2013 and where the new R8 E-Tron prototype appears.
Audi will be, once again, an outstanding protagonist throughout the film. The Audi R8, R8 Spyder, A8, S5 and Q7 appeared in the first and second installment of the saga.
Robert Downey Jr. will resume his role as Tony Stark, the main character of the film, whose alter ego, the Iron Man superhero is the result of an indestructible and extremely versatile high -tech armored suit. When Stark hangs his suit, you can see the billionaire adept to the technology at the wheel of the R8 e-tron electric car prototype. Oscar® Gwyneth Paltow winner also returns as Virginia "Pepper" Potts, general director of Tony Stark industries and girlfriend, and conducts an Audi S7 Sportback.
Iron Man 3 tells the story of the shameless but brilliant entrepreneur Tony Stark / Iron Man against an enemy whose power has no limits. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at the hands of his enemy, he embarks on an distressing search to find those responsible. This trip will test your temper. With the back against the wall, Stark is obliged to survive by his own means, trusting his ingenuity and instinct to protect people closest to him. In his fight, Stark discovers the answer to the question that tormented him in secret: Does the man do to the suit or the suit does man?
Starring Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall, Stephanie Szastak, James Badge Dale, and with the appearance of Jon Favreau and Ben Kingsley, Iron Man 3 is directed by Shane Black. Superhero Iron Man, which first appeared on the pages of "suspense stories" in 1963 and had its solo debut with the comic "The Invincible Iron Man" in May 1968.
Iron Man 3 is presented by Marvel Studios in association with Paramount Pictures and DMG Entertainment. The production is in charge of the president of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige while Louis d'Esito, Newirth Charles, Victoria Alonso, Stephen Broussard, Alan Fine, Stan Lee, Newirth Charles, Stephen Broussard and Dan Mintz are the executive producers. The film opens in cinemas on May 3, 2013, and will be distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.
