Noise in left front wheel Peugeot 206

A while ago the left front wheel of my Peugeot 206 started with a squeak when turning in low speed 10 0 20km/hr, it would take it to check the wheel but they told me that the problem was not in the pills or on the album if not in some tires that the direction had and that they probably dried and the rubbing between them produced that sound. From time to time the sound is removed but this later reappears.

In one place they told me that the address terminals were bad but in another they told me they were good ... so I don't understand anything.
