You mentioned it starts and then stalls. I don't think it's high fuel pressure. How did you check it?
Try another key in case it's a decoded key. If not, send me the engine code and let me know if you've checked the low and high pressures. It's not usually high pressure; it's often the opposite. I hope this helps.

The code the scanner is showing is P1166 - Fuel Pressure Regulation Function.

When starting, the scanner indicates a fuel pressure of 1800 bar; I don't remember the low pressure. When it reaches that value, it stalls. After the pressure drops, after being stopped for a while, it starts again, but then the pressure drops to 1600-1800 bar and it stalls again.

If you need more information, let me know.

Thanks in advance

What might be happening is that the engine is flooding due to excess fuel. This happens quite often with Peugeots; the spark isn't cutting out, but there's too much fuel. Remember, pressure and flow rate are not the same thing; check the fuel pump's flow rate.

Hi, check the crankshaft position sensor. It's on the accessory pulley; it often causes problems. Cheers.
