I almost got published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello. I have inherited a 250 CB Fifty Honda and I tried to change the oil because it indicated that I had it very low. When trying to eliminate the residual oil that remained in the engine I have removed a small cap with a steel washer from which a small splash came out of something that did not look like oil. As I initially thought that it was old oil and that I really had little drills it with four -stroke oil oil.

The problem comes that when I start the motorcycle and I am going to try it, for a third tube close to the previous ones and that I do not know what Diantres it is, I am escaping a large amount of the oil I had put, the apartment with the rear wheel in a roundabout and ...

What have I really done? What should I do? I find that from that moment on the change of gears is very hard when trying to put the dead point with the motorcycle in standing. Where is the fucking cap that is supposed to be emptied by the oil? Where is the fucking cap through which I should fill out what I suppose is some liquid for the gearbox and that I intuit that I was emptying believing that it was the oil? What do I do not get oil through the tiny tube near them?

I appreciate your help

Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: I almost killed me
Ayyyyy Alma de Cántaro, who was going to tell you that changing an oil was going to be so screwed ...

Most likely, the third tube is the motor's vent, and that by having filled it excessively, by tilt the motorcycle has literally vomited a "crazy oil drip of oil."

The other cap is the emptying of Valvulina de la Moto and that is why change and clutch are so hard.

Anyway, I am a mechanic but of cars and machinery of public works but of motorcycles ... I catches me in Gallumbos.

Normally, on current road motorcycles, motor oil is shared with that of change and clutch so they have the advantage that everything is changed and having oil filter also for the metallic chips of the change, which lengthens them considered life.

But as I have already told you that of motorcycles ... offs because I can not tell you where the pussies are the plugs for the filling, emptying and putting at the level of the change, the engines, usually have a cap with an ox eye on the side, that when putting the right motorcycle (get on it, the oil has to fill them

half
