You say that "after 2 kilometers I stop sounding", so I think they were hitting pistons and valves if the distribution is out, because before loosening the belt, do you already make this noise? Did you check the pulle brands before starting? . I think that if the valves had been bent a little, you would have noticed it for lack of strength in those 75 km, if it is a lot, it would have been left without force immediately and stopped you, but it depends on how folded/s that are (hopefully this is not). Nor should we rule out that you have a breakdown in the bomb, because now you say that it does not throw diesel ... there had to be there to see where the pounding came from, from here it is not easy. Greetings!!

Well people discovered that the pulley was about 15 teeth down the crankshaft, I took it out and put the pinon and crown of the injection pump but I can not move the camshaft to put it in the brand Does any special key need and what is it called? Thank you very much

Well, friend, it seems to me that I would not start 5 teeth but good or it may be that if that tb depends on the head and if it worked then it worked
for what you say that it lacks diesel the only thing that occurs to me that I think is not the current to open the passage. You have that someone kle Piknga contact and reviasa if you listen to the valve or pejor even make contact and use a pilot focus to see if it comes current that seems to me that it is the fault for what you say spro serves you greetings.:)

You cannot move the camshaft, because you surely have bent valves and it costs him to turn .... I already insisted on the draft. You will have to disassemble the cylinder head and from there you can see if there are sunken valves, if so, you have to disassemble a button to see how many valves you have to change, but it does not end there the "thing", now also to see the rod caps of the pistons that have a blow, if these have not touched these (I mean the rod caps) folded ... to do things well you should check this last too. You had the bad luck that I start out of the point and having trusted that nothing happened. I would like to be wrong in all this that I tell you, but I don't know about me ... Lucky friend !!

Remove the valve cover and disassemble the camshaft so you can turn the crankshaft and be able to put it to the point greetings
