The problem is that the compression is going into the cooling system. It could be a gasket issue, a warped cylinder head, or rust in the cylinder head.
I'm not saying it's exactly what I'm saying, but I think it's the most likely. Good luck.

Manual-Mecanica response on the Chraysler LHS Mod 97 v6 theme is heated
On Saturday, I removed the thermostat and bled the system. Then I completely removed the flange with the thermostat assembly. I started the engine, expecting to see coolant coming out somewhere, either from the hose going to or from the radiator or from the cylinder head cavity... but nothing, the coolant isn't moving. I'm thinking I'll have to replace the water pump...:)
what do you think?

If that were the case, there would be coolant residue in the oil...right...??? And I already checked the crankcase outlet (and due to the difference in densities, coolant should have come out first, then oil)...right...??? Or where would the compression or coolant go...???

If you don't have water flow, you replace the pump and that's it, as long as you're sure your radiator is okay. The gasket problem doesn't always present as emulsified oil; there are 4 basic forms: oil in the water, water in the oil, compression in the water system, and water in the compression chambers.
