Hello, Hugo. I agree with short circuit, on oil and filter, especially with the latter. It usually happens that a new filter fails, and the valve let all the oil return to the crankcase, leaving dry and without lubrication the upper part of the engine (cylinder head and valves). Check, also the oil pump overpressure valve.

Greetings, regarding what you mention about the sound of your car when starting
1.- They checked and changed the chain temperator ???
2.- Change the trimmers/vibrators ???
3.- They calibrated the pills in the cabinet/camshafts ???
4.- They changed connecting rods and the bench when did you repair engine ???
5.- How is the motor oil pressure, the oil pump is new ???
More I think your problem is located at point number 3. If perhaps when they disassembled and disarmed head/camshafts and confused the famous pill, your problem is there ... luck.
