VW GOL Model 94. When you want it starts ... published by manual-mecanica
Good, I have a 94 Audi engine, my consultation is for two themes. The first is that when the car is not used for two or more days it does not start, it makes the "tick" that is gas, but does not kick. The first time I have to start by pushing and then hit the donkey and start. But when I take it to the mechanic walking, it turns it on and turns it out as if nothing since the car once starts does not fuck more. So the mechanic tells me "that the donkey flies well and does not believe that it is" and also told me that it can be the drum. On the other hand, what happens to me is that it has happened to me several times to the car when it is a long time in the dead, you want to turn off (I mean, if you grab me several traffic lights for example) I have to accelerate it so that it does not go out but it does not always happen to me, I do not happen if it is why I do not heat it enough or that, and that it is also something that also happens to me is when I go to me at a high speed and capable that I leave it. Well I hope you can help me very much.

Good louse, the most likely cause is the gasoline pump, it functions as a check valve to endure the fuel circuit full until the next start and most likely is that it has already fulfilled its life time. When the circuit is left all night, it is emptied and it is because of this lack of pressure that the first start costs, then the circuit is full and that is why it starts, as to the walk in general it must be because it does not feed the circuit with sufficient pressure for a proper functioning. Measure with a gauge the exit pressure from the gasoline pump is quite easy and fast, you should take 10 minutes and take out the doubt. But serve you.

Hi Hector, I find it unfortunate to read the way you respond to Nahuel's problem, you should consider that whoever goes to this kind of forums is because it has normally tried with all normal procedures and has not worked and/or has fallen into the hands of inexperienced mechanics. This is not about trying to "fly to donkeys" but to give it a little hand has Nahuel, and with which the donkey flies well it refers to the fact that the starting engine works to perfection. Supporting knowledge of what one has as a prophecional has already happened to it is an inpaigable value and that's what everything is, it would recommend from my humble point of view and with all respect that you leave the sarcast quite qualified members. Thank you very

Something similar happened to me, in the workshop they told me that it was possibly the oxygen sensor because Ade Lados threw black smoke and was very speaker of benzina, Alfinal changed the oxygen sensor and the temperature sensor and holy remedy starts the first, does not pull black smoke, spends little and works even.
I hope you use my information I have a 95 golf.

Look for what you say I lean more for a battery problem if you make you tick it is because there is not enough current and if once started part without problems it is because the battery is recovered, the release can be for another reason and you want nothing to have nothing to do with the problem of the start. It would be good to measure the battery when you do not want to start but it smells like that is your problem, check this and then we look because the battery is downloaded if this is the problem luck.
