Thank you enzolugano and kikemec, solve the acceleration and restlessness was an empty pipe that comes out of the board and connects below the butterfly in the multiple, goes below where the canister is going.

What I have left is a very large buzzing when I accelerate, the car is totally flooded with water.
I am cleaning the body of the butterfly and I am going to the multiple and the motor step by step, to rule out that there is no air leakage of the multiple, the motor step by dirty step or the dirty body.

Any suggestion ??

ZETEC MOTOR 16 VALVES, CHANGE COVER BOARD BURNED BY HEATING RADIATOR BREAK.
When I first put together an acceleration and deceleration problem that was an empty pipe without connecting.

Now what it has is a buzzer after it starts and removes the tube with the flow rate keeping the engine accelerated because it makes that buzz, and barely tapo the entrance of air to the butterfly and leaves, as an air enters.

This engine is flooded with water and a month ago since it disassembles. I am taking out the butterfly and the motor step by step to clean and assemble it again, to see if that is
