My Kia Sportage is accelerated by Manual-Mecanica

I have a Kia Sportage 1998 Gasoline Mechanic, it turns out that a week ago it started accelerate when it is in neutral and when I make the change from one speed to another I make a long line in the traffic and I constantly have to make stops and speed changes.
