My Chevy Joy's horn does not work

I already check fuses and connections, in the terminal that reaches the horn there is a + and one free, in the helon there is one + and one -but I do not find how to put it to work, in the insurance box there is an indication that it has a reire, but it is seen that it has not been connected.

First, the first thing looks for the horn and action directly if you do not work, if it works, look for where the wheel is the front and handle by hand, close the circuit with the ground cable, if it is of tape you will have to buy it, if it should take a relay but it may be in another place and not where it says.
