low pressure hyundai tucson

Hello

I have a Hyundai Tucson with CRDI system (Common Rail)
made a scanner and courageous fuel pressure
sent to check the injectors and there were 3 bad injectors
bought them and the car does not start.
The fuel pump is checked and this good, my question is the pressure regulatory valve, how do I know if it is good? Is there a way to try it? or that another problem is due the low fuel pressure

The little precion in these systems can be benir from the electrical pump that is in the pond, a precion regulator that uvica ahy itself, or that the ramp sensor does not detect the high precion and this in poor condition, the rotating pump is dedicated more than anything to distribute.

The high pressure pump pulls the fuel to pressure. But I have the doubt with the regulatory valve or the pressure sensor.
I understand that the pressure sensor sends information to the Control and Respect for that the control unit commands the regulatory valve to release or increase pressure.
