MY OPTRA 2005 TACQUELA PUBLISHED BY MANUAL-MECANICA
Good afternoon. I have a 2005 Optra to which I just made the engine placing all the new spare parts, it turns out that it is very serene on the road for several kilometers until suddenly begins to wid off and light the oil of the oil, I stop it and turn it off the engine and immediately turn it on again and work perfectly for a long stretch more. We do not find explanation, we place the new taquets and nothing. I don't know if someone can give an idea.

If the lubrication witness turns on, it is very likely that this is the noise it produces, it begins by disassembling the oil and checks to verify if you find sediments that usually remain at 100% the engine at the time of assembling if nothing strange comes out, disassemble the carter and check the strainer or sieve of the oil pump, if you find dirt, silicone residues or even plastic of the packaging, or even this paper is even Cover after a while of being working the engine since the oil pump is always sucking and sending the oil to pressure to the lubrication points and the bugs or drivers of the cylinder head that what the drivers ask are being discharged.

Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: My Optra 2005 Taquetea
Greetings estimated ... from my own experience (although I have a Hyubdai Getz 1.6 but the beginning of these engines is the same) it is important to check if the oil bpmba is sending the right pressure and if they really changed it. This is essential for the proper functioning of the engine since if it has internal wear, it will not send the necessary amount of fluid to the taquetes and you will always have that unpleasant noise. The taquets of this vehicle work as if they were "floating" on that oil that sends the pump, so very important the pressure. Another very important thing is that the oil that you placed is of adequate viscosity, even if you do not believe these engines are delicate in that aspect. The state of the taquets does not worry a lot because if they were old, with good oil pressure they would work well, maybe with a little noise but I would not bring you consequences such as having a bad oil pump. Remember that this can also cause other wear very premature in the engine. In conclusion, my corduroy, change the oil for the right one, if it presses, continue with the oil pump and the right oil again. SLDS !!!
