Mechanica Caterpillar 216b

Hi, soi Nuebo in this and I have encouraged myself because I have a problem with a mini 216b, the problem is that when I have the machine in progress the water radiator is heated only half and the water pump works ha that disassembled the tube and enchanted water, do you know what can be? Apart every 2 per 3, all the left panel lights are shown and enchanted.

Can it be an electrical problem?
