Mitsubishi L300 starts but stands out by manual-mecanica

Hello anyone knows if the preheating box of the L300 can generate that not only does it not turn on but that the battery is consumed in 4 attempts to turn it on? It makes a very strange noise when I start and it does not turn on. greetings

The box itself would not be the problem but that the state of the battery, Deveria fugit

If I understand that, the issue is that the battery is new and loaded in 12.30V ... that is the test and is in that, go down to 11V to the 3rd attempt to start, do you say that the battery changes anyway?
