Renault Clio 2 problem

as they will be new I am new and in a condition of grabbing the car I have a renault clio 2 1.5 CDI 2004
the question is the following when I am close to the fuel reward (it is dicel) the car remains does not head does not kick or anything only stops and leaves me lying down, the strange thing is that after stopping two or three laps and grabs it, scan it in two different places and nothing, the only one that occurs to me. Air but by logic I would have to purge it for it to start, but it is not necessary, if someone can give me a hand I thank them for I am more than disoriented with this !!

Look at the storage of the deposit the fuel taking that it carries x if it is dislodged and when moving the diesel stops absorbing and stopping and being still the diesel absorbs again ..
