Why did you change the pedal? It is Camon Rail, if so, you can have problems with the ramp precion sensor, or as Bobracing says that you need to format the computer

The causes can be several (ECM, TPS, pedal sensors, etc.), so it is necessary to scan (Diagnosis obdii) to have a clearer idea; I had exactly the same problem a couple of years ago, and you must keep in mind that every time you disconnect the pedal, computer or TPS sensors, you must "reprogram" the system, you can do it manually, attached link: here , if you change those pieces and not "reprograde" will continue with the same inconvenience, you do not lose anything with trying, I hope it is helpful.:)
