Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Chevrolet Optra
Good morning, your problem is summarized in the fact that time is varied one or two teeth, for this reason there is no vacuum when the vehicle is cold, this improves when the vehicle acquires a temperature greater than 67 degrees, but being varied does not have the optimal performance and therefore produces those explosions. I would like to know the car model and the motor number to be able to send a diagram of your vehicle.

Check your TPS, it is 3 cables, one must be land, signal and voltage, check that the TPS is working correctly with a multimeter, check the resistance and voltage, look for some videos on the YouTube, then you will review it by reviewing it from walking your problem.

Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Chevrolet Optra
Thank you very much to all the friends who have helped me with their opinions, I put them to what conclusion we arrive today: with the cold engine we started it but not accelerated as if it were already at a normal temperature 800 rpm, it accelerates it and does not react well practically it does not accelerate and produces petarders, disconnect the ECT (coolant temperature sensor) and the engine did not have any variation they never had any variation. Electroventilers for disconnecting the sensor, usually after a few seconds in other vehicles, the fans start when disconnecting the sensor, after 5 minutes with the scanner placed verify the engine data and when the temperature sensor, the low temperature of 65 ° to 30 ° and that temperature and that temperature continued to rise 31,32,33 ... 40 ° ... Where do you take that data? The barometric pressure is in the middle of the value that the other vehicles mark the MAP continues CMP is fine with all the values, the cables were checked to the ECU connector and they are not cut "have good continuity", the TPS includes the minimum marha engine and this OK, check all the masses I checked again the Ditribuion strap all this ok (the pine nuts, the crays Fuel because the manometro that this new seems to be defective because the needle goes to the end in any vehicle, consulting with an electronic technician that is dedicated to repair ECU says that it is the ECU that is defective.

Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Chevrolet Optra
The only thing that I have seen that this type of failure is the fuel pressure and also gives you the P0171 code if I am not mistaken refers to poor mix or says Sistem Too Lean and the safest thing is that the pressure is low. But it is concerned that you say that it does not have 5V this reference voltage is the same in the MAP, the TPS and coolant sensor if in any of these sensors it gives you the reference voltage you have a problem with the ECU I recent 5V I was on the ground, not in short but had 360 hom. I do not say that this is your problem but it is not others to recommend that you review this voltage that is very necessary to see if an ECU works well or not.
