fiat stilo 1.9 JTD 80cv 2002 diesel

Hi, I have a problem with this car. When I start it, it makes a squealing noise from the right side of the engine. A few months ago, the clutch was replaced, but not the dual-mass flywheel. It has 114,000 km. The timing belt was changed a year and a half ago.
Also, one day I checked the oil level with the car running, and smoke was coming out of the filler neck. Is this normal? Thanks for your help.

It could be a problem with the timing belt tension. The smoke coming from the dipstick is normal because the engine is running. The oil level should be checked with the engine off, otherwise the oil will be all over the engine and not just in the oil pan

When they changed your timing belt, did they also change the clutch pulleys?

Check the idler pulleys and tensioner of the auxiliary belt, as it is advisable to replace them when you change the timing belt
