Well, you determine wiring failures when you burn the fuses of the fuse box or when it makes you short, for example, you turn on any accessory without activating it or flashes the roof light etc

It is true first to determine the fault to be able to help you but usually if the problem is a cut me a fuse or the vehicle is well and if you move the cables, it spoils.

The problem I have is a 2004 Chevrolet Evolution, the car is accelerated, scanning and all good, change IAC valve and remain the same.

I don't know what to do to take the fault
