Hello, I request your support to identify a problem that I have with my VR6 2000 Jetta sometimes when I turn the key to turn it on, they do nothing to you and it is well told that if I leave the key in the ignition position it does nothing but after a few seconds or sometimes a long time starts (it goes and turns on) another way to turn it on is to close the switch and turn the key to turn the key to it. thank you so much
The first thing you should do is check the control sheet control module, it seems to me that it is the whole problem, you can identify the cables of being that is the last turn of the key and peel them to put a button, when you do not start you give the button and if the sheet starts it is bad, another way is with the open contact and in the starter position you have a bridge between the cables of the starter engine. Start is not very complicated.
