Hello, I have a problem with a Toyota Corolla year 2002. The fault that presents me is that the engine goes out and after quato attempts I turn on again. The codes that find are (P0335 Malo functioning in the Sigañal position sensor A circuit) and (P0340 Mal operation in the camshaft position sensor) that I have to do as I locate the sensors and that is recommended in these cases. Thanks in advance.
Estimated you have no choice but to change the two sensors for your greatest safety and the camshaft are located in the clutch tracera part and the crankshaft in the gearbox
The first thing I would do is to erase the codes and wait for the failure because it is not norrmal that the 2 sensors fail at the same time and if it gives the 2 again to see the diagram to see if there is any connection that is shared only by those 2 sensors and before changing a component to check for false contacts exposed lines and running to the ground, after that if I thought about changing the sensors.
