Problema with ECU DE SCAPE 2003

Can anyone tell me how I can try an ECU of a 2003 scape to know if that really is the problem ???

Well first I had an engine failure in which two cylinders did not work. There were pulses in injectors, the bovines if they work. Subsequently, the start relay had no land. Finally, the board that there was a fuse that melted. It is diagnosed that in the box there is a connection with ten cables (stop speed) that arrive directly to the ECU, but they are harmful seemed to touch some with otrs.
