Hello friends I have a Cavalier Mod. 94 I am a bit confused since I am a climate mechanic and I don't know much electric.
Well my problem is the next the ignition engine is giving me 09.85 volts in Load Load The diode plaque is not burned, I am checking continuity in the crown and everything has the problem, it will be the problem or I don't understand the rest, I hope someone can help me I wait for any response thanks ...

Verify each of the diodes on the portadiode plate are not working two, when checking it and check what I tell you changes the plate and already load

Check if 12V arrive at the alternator excitation screw. If not, check the fuses, that model one of load may arrive. If 12V arrived, I proposed to change the alternator, it is possibly more economical than changing the diodes plaque. Look for one of Change (exchange). Greetings and Happy New Year ;)

Correct, check the plaque you have three diodes one of them you have it badly, you put the tester in position of continuity and test diode. GREETINGS
