Gearbox problem

You see, I recently split the screw of the speed selector axis, the `` crazy '' gear lever was left, I did not get marches, I went to the official Hyundai workshop but sold the entire selector (€ 95), then I decided Marches, but the 5th speed and the reverse cost them, sometimes entered.

Mount in the car and the gear lever metia from 1 to 4th perfectly, too soft with or without clutch (without a clutch) and the 5th the spit, it had to be with the hand on the lever so that it did not leave, the march behind it came when it won most of the time or entered.

Hello. What screw you name is or inside the box? If this may be a simple distances regulation, but if it is inside you may have caused damage to the box synchronizers.
