Let's put the cars in the hands of professional mechanics !!!!

The symptom that you tell me is the packing of the blowing head, that is that of the cooling fluid ducts there is a leak in the packaging to the cylinders, when you leave the car off for a good time the liquid accumulates in one or more cylinders of the engine, when the engine starts the liquid is evaporizes and comes out by the exhaust as white smoke that actually in steam.
Remember that the white smoke is steam, the blue smoke is oil and the black smoke is non -burned gasoline, in your case it would be diesel or diesel as it is known in different regions

Very much agree with this and what Kikemec says. It is good that the brake fluid checks to see if its low level can simply be a condensation.

If it were brake fluid, the smell is digrer and penetrating. You could also change oil
