White smoke when starting in cold published by Manual-Mecanica
I get quite white smoke when you start in addition to noticing the slowdown of the quite abrupt car. The smoke only comes out when starting first when it takes time without using and the sound of the engine improves a lot but does not just go completely even if the car is hot. It is a kia Crdi 2.0. Thank you

Manual-Mecanica response on the Re: White smoke when starting in cold
Greetings ...

The cause of that problem could be that oil is passing to the cylinders through the valves and when the car starts stop passing ...
you could solve it by changing the stamps of the valves ...

it is not very expensive, that would have to go to the mechanic, because I do not think you can change it at home ..

The white smoke at the start is almost normal in modern vehicles because it is the condensation of the Catalitical, the relief can be a separate problem, the strange thing would be that the white smoke would not cut, this case the Balnaco smoke is water no oil, because the oil is blue that they call it, which is actually transparent, luck.

Very important is that you tell us how much mileage the car has, you would also have to lift the oil meter rod on idle that is to see if it comes, I hope it helps you and I hope you tell us
