Change silentblock of the front trapezios

There is really no claws to press the dock because you are not going to disassemble the shock absorber dock.

First, lift the car, remove the wheel and fit it with a blur or something that gives you security. Do not leave the car with the cat to remove the wheels !!!

Then, you have to release the stabilizer bar if you have it, it is a transverse bar that crosses the front axle from side to side. Be careful because it can be strength if the two wheels are not raised.

And finally you have to release the trapezis of the chassis to be able to change the tires.

What I have told you is a little above because the best thing is that you download the Mondeo manual even in English and see the illustrations.

It is not necessary to release transmissions or bruises or shock absorbers, or hose.
