Case already resolved (only professionals) published by Manual-Mecanica
Citroen 2.0 HDI engine in this case is a Jumpy.
Maybe the motor code was Rhy or RHz I don't remember that data with precision.

The Jumpy comes with the breeding light on and in an emergency phase that is to say it does not pass from 3000 or 3500 rpm approx.

The diagnostic makina accuses the Claro Turbo Overpressure Valve is contrasted with several diagnostic mikines. He always accuses the same failure.

you delete the fault and ta-chan !!!! Fixed, for now the Jumpy works normal again, it is still a motherfucker

but, of course, but.

When requesting maximum load, that is, pedal in depth uphill we will request load, ta-chan !!!! light on and .... again in emergency phase.

Friends in three days I give you the solution and in the meantime I respond to the possible causes you create correct.

This was a real headache.

Of course I am a workshop and I cannot replace pieces one after another until the flute toke.

A good case.

mmm .... good pregnnnnta ?? I assume that the clamps that hold the intercooler sleeves are all in their place? And that the piezoelectric connector that carries the intercooler on the right side is also well placed ...

discarding this, we are going to the solenoid valve that governs the Turbo Lung. And to the EGR but without the engine in front to see how it reacts ... it is a whore what you propose.

Ok good logic appreciation that of the sleeves.

Well, it turns out that everything is in order Sun well -tied mangitos and its well placed and tightened clamps (all)

when you check with the vacuomether the two electro. The turbo valve and the EGR valve, see that they act correctly and beyond all this you do the pulmon test of these two and also work wonderfully.

For now we have verified what Turbo refers to in this engine.

But I still have the same problem.

fucking cars .......

Caudalimeter causing indirect failure, that is, measuring below what really enters the engine, but without turning on the happy light until you step thoroughly and the measure gets out of parameters even if it accuses the turbo piezoelectric.

This sometimes happens because the admission air temperature probe fails and Vá in the same flowmeter.

Maybe if the caudalimetro were out of scale would always fail?
although it can fail as you say.

Ok Uncle The Prblema was not electric,

the intekuler had a strap right on the edge of the panel a slit that not even for God who saw it even endured blowing pressure until with maximum load it opened 0.1 a hair (fuck) and fughed incredibly pressing you can only see that there is only one time because the passage is to get in emergency and ... you can no longer see it. A fucking breakdown that gave me a huge headache until you find the fucking fucking.

fucked cars ......
