My astra does not start published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello, I have an astra g 1.7 TD of the year 99 Opel engine. My problem is that I leave the house quietly and 200 m runs out of power and go out and there is no longer the one to start. I checked the circuit of the diesel and it is fine, Gasail reaches the pump but from this one to the injectors or drop. I took out the sleeve that unites with the return and when we started out there if diesel comes out. The bomb that a Bosch VP with ECU incorporated.
Is it possible to make diesel to the injectors in some way without having to take it to the Opel?
I tried to get the dosing valve without extracting the pump but I don't know how the silver protection it carries out comes out. Thanks to who collaborates.-

The best thing you can do is take the bomb to the official house or a specialist in gasoil pump yk is repaired byB) the pump is responsible for dosing the diesel and not to another form of approaches

Hello, see if gasoline comes out by the return indicates that the fuel pressure system is ok what you have is a problem with the electronic part of the injectors or they heat up and are isolated, it verifies that it arrives pulse and starts from there to behind, verifies CKP, CMP and computer.

Hello:
Do the following test: Remove the crankshaft sensor and put it submerged inside a container with cold water and connect an ohmmeter or resistance meter in trees 1 and 2 of the connector (it is one of the center with one of the shore).
The measure must be between 800 and 1000 OHMS.

You have to heat the water with the sensor inside and observe if the resistance will vary, if at some point it increases too much or rises further than 2500 OHMS means that your problem is the crankshaft position sensor.

Greetings and I hope this info is useful to you.
