Ibiza distribution strap published by Manual-Mecanica

Hello everyone. Wait for help from your part.
I am trying to change the distribution belt of my old man (and cascado) Ibiza of 1997 MPI of 1.4 60 hp. I have removed the alternator's strap (it has no assisted address) and the protective cover of the belt itself and the crankshaft pulley. I do not have the key to get the spark plug number one. Could anyone know me the measure to buy it? I do not have very clear how the following I have to do. The tree pulley does not have draft marks and the crankshaft piñon has a bulky dot and I am not sure that I have to align. Could anyone "enlighten me" and explain the procedure to follow a bit?

Again here. I took the belt but although I thought it would not be necessary, I will have to remove the camshaft pulley. Does anyone know if the thread is right or left? It seems nonsense but it is quite tight and I am not sure what the right sense is.
