Connect windshield windshield to transformer published by manual-mecanica
hello

I have achieved a windshield windshield engine and wanted to use it for a project that I have in mind, and I wanted to know how I have to connect the engine to a transformer to use it.

The feed system that I want to use for the engine is basically a 220v to 12V or what is a voltage regulator (intenside regulator, potentiometer, dimmer or as you want to call) to be able to regulate the engine speed from 0 rpm to the max rpm, the theme is that the engine brings a connected tab with 5 cables (green, red, black, black with a purple ral or Blanca and brown), for now I have tried the engine with a 9V - 500 mA trapormator and I have only achieved that I rotate to about 20 - 30 rpm in one way or another connecting the green wire and the brown, with the rest of the cables I have tried all kinds of combinations and I have only achieved or that the engine would put noise and not turn or nothing at all.

So I ask you for help to tell me how to connect the motor cables so that it rotates to the maximum speed and that in turn the speed can be regulated from 0 rpm to the Max RPM.

I would also like you to tell me that Voltage, Amps and Wattios must provide the transformer to sign the maximum speed and engine torque.

and it would be possible to increase the voltage between 2 and 4 volts for a maximum time of 1 minute to increase the maximum engine speed, without damaging or reducing the life of the engine.

Here I put some engine photos:

PD. The engine model is: Bosch 0390241307 CEP12V

thank you

Hi Borja55, with 9 v. and 500 mh. It is very little for him to turn well and how you say, in some cases it only "sounds", you need a larger transformer than 12 V dc and as little 2 A, get to the idea that the fuse that carries in the car is usually about 10 A, in the cables identifies the negative and then the others are the speeds of the clean (slow or fast) so when you put it in slow one it turns little but in a quick voltage Greetings and that the invention goes well !!

Hello Percy66, the problem is the current or the new transformator transformer of about 5 amps or more, the windshield cleans Electronic for that there are many on the Internet.

Manual-Mecanica response on the topic Connect windshield windshield to transformer
Hello,

I already stopped what each cable is:

red - green dough

- high speed

brown - low speed

brown white ral -?

Black purple scratch -?

I have tried it with the battery of my 1.5D sax of 12v and 60a, and I wanted to know what voltage and amperage would be the most recommended for the engine, the speed is determined by the voltage?

thank you
