Toyota Yaris 1.5 ts braking system failure published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello, my problem is that a year ago I changed the brake pads of my yaris, with the sunny that one of the pills was poorly spent, causing the album to also spend badly.

So I had to change pills and disc.

Now I have a problem with the discs, they have rusty and when I stop them, I do not clean them and when disassembling the records I find me again that it is badly spent the pill and the disc. I don't know what the problem can be. I have been told that it can be the brake pump, that I do not make enough strength but I am not sure.

Let's see what ideas you give me.

Thank you.

Try to specify more, does the tablet steal on you inside or outside? Do you step up with a pill than the other in the same wheel?

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Frank System failure of Toyota Yaris 1.5 TS
Good, thanks for answering.

I tell you, I got to work and remove the entire tweezers, clean them (since they had some oxide) so that the pills slide well (since as Wolfmechanicals says, they are floating) and the same thing continued to happen to me, I did not stop or clean the album.

In the end I decided to change the brake pump (a little rare the chocolate, tube to go to Toyota, did not have it in more places) and rectify the discs, since they were oxidized and as as chemically attacked (they have told me that it can be due to a product they throw on the roads to avoid the formation of ice when it snows) and since then the car stops again without problems.

It is seen that the problem was in the bomb, but I am a little disappointed with Toyota, because when I took it to look at it, they said the bomb was fine and that it changed discs, pills .... Anyway they ruined me, so I decided to try the pump change and finally the problem is solved.

Thank you very much to everyone.

By the way "Titorober1982" The problem was in the inner tablet of the rear wheel, which was as if the upper part of the pill was not spent and stood a step on the pill and on the disc ... something very rare. As the step was small, they told me that it was not necessary to change the pill, that it would be corrected.

All the best.
