Electric fan for Peugeot Partner 1.9d. Published by manual-mecanica
Hello, good morning. I have a 2003 Peugeot Partner 1.9 D, and I don't know what the problem is. It's overheating. I've changed the thermostat and the thermal switch. I removed the electric fan because it wasn't turning on, thinking it was broken, but it works. I also changed one of the two resistors on the fan's mounting bracket, and even so, the fan still doesn't turn on. I don't know what else it could be. I need help, please! I'm leaving my email address because I urgently need an answer. It's the company van. Thank you very much, best regards.

Hey mate, did you check the fuses and the fan relay? Check those items to make sure they're working properly, and also check the thermostat. Good luck and best regards.

Locate the temperature sensor and disconnect it. The fan should turn on directly. If so, the sensor is faulty. Otherwise, check one of the sensor's two wires; it should have 5V when disconnected. If there's no 5V, the computer is faulty. They are repairable, at least in my area. Check this and let us know so we can see what else we can do for you. Greetings from Cancun. : Woohoo:
