We will have the fact that it throws water through the escape in some Yd22 is normal but it depends on the quantity. Although the problem you may have it in the butt and say in the butt not in the joint since many gets cracked and the water enters the cylinders.

I already happened in a kia, Sportage 2.0 Pass the turbo's precion for the Turbo's cooling system I thought it was the butt or the Board sent to review the turbine and the default was found

Look at the oil level if it is too high and Aguado, if it is so it has a cylinder head

Or it is the Turbo cooler but another way of checking if it has a button is to put your hand on top of the sponsor boat with the car started, you put your hand on top and give it a strong accelerated and if you see that your hand sucks you is that you have a button.
