BMW 318 DTS Published by manual-mecanica

I have a BMW 318DTS, and my problem is that it's emitting a lot of black smoke from the exhaust pipe, likely due to incomplete fuel combustion. Also, it's difficult to start when the engine is warm. Could anyone tell me what the problem might be?
