Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Help Take MEGAN
Check that when you turn it on from the control, the cable going to it has power; it may have melted and not be receiving current. If it works with a fuse, you'll have to check them to see if they're not blown. Start with the easy stuff.

Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Help Take MEGAN
After your message, I better understand what might be happening. I understood that your wiper wasn't working.:-)
The wiper not activating simultaneously with the washer can only be due to a bad electrical connection (rust, breakage, loose terminals) in the rear windshield wiper control box, or in the worst case, the control box itself is damaged. As
I understand it, you activate the washer, but the wiper doesn't activate simultaneously... is that correct?
I have a question: Does it work if you only activate the wiper?
Please give me the year of manufacture and engine type of your Renault so I can consult the electrical diagram and the electrical service manual, as well as the location of the windshield wiper control box.

Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Help Take MEGAN
Hello my friend, I regret to inform you that your vehicle has a Body Control Module (BCM) which manages the operation of all elements such as lights, wipers, locks, ABS, and many other vehicle functions. According to the manual, any problem in the rear window wiper system must be diagnosed using the "XR25 tool kit," a type of scanner specific to Renault. The only thing you can do at this point is to check the connection terminals and wiring. To do this, you should trace the wiring from the terminal located on the rear window wiper motor to the final terminal, which will likely be in the relay box, fuse box, or the Body Control Module (BCM). Measure the continuity between these two points to verify that there are no broken wires. If you were able to find the problem at this point, excellent. If not, you'll need to take your car to a Renault service center because the rear window wiper control unit may have been reprogrammed. (The only way to reprogram it is through them or another mechanic who has the "XR25 tool kit" or a similar reprogramming scanner.) I'm sending you an excerpt from the manual so you can perform the tests I've indicated. I'm sorry I couldn't help you solve your problem.
Regards
