Hello, I would like to see if someone can help me! I have a caravan 98 and the horn does not work they tell me that it is the clock spring and I would like to tell me if it can be repaired and how to do it or have to buy it thanks

Generally, repairs are possible, but for Chryslers, they're expensive. If the horns are working directly from the battery (meaning the battery is in good condition), you should make a parallel connection to the existing one. It's easier and more economical. If you want to restore it to factory settings, replacement parts are available. To repair the damaged part, you'd have to have it checked by an electrician. Of course, it seems strange that this part would be damaged; it almost never happens. There's usually a fuse and a control relay. Check these parts before doing anything. Perhaps what they told you wasn't true, and they're trying to scam you. Try it and see what happens.

Thanks for your reply. What I forgot to mention is that when I turn the steering wheel all the way to either side, it beeps, but it doesn't in the normal position.
