Problem in Passat of 1995 published by Manual-Mecanica

Good evening:
I have a Passat TDI, 90CV, 1995 that has the following failure.
When I go up a slope, small or big, and go at the speed that goes, when it passes about 2,500/3,000 laps the car \ "stays \", as if I had a cut in the injection. Ltro of diesel and the caudalimetro, but I am not sure that this will be the solution.
Can you take a hand?

Hello, look apparently you can have the turbocharged the turbo diaphragm and clean it, but before everything looks at the air filter if it has a bit of land others usually make these failures any data you need I am a specialist of services from Volkswagen Argentina, luck
